Responsibilities:
- Plan recruitment, training, human resource development quarterly and monthly.
- Develop policies and promotion of replacement.
- Preparation of budget personnel.
- Planning of human resources to better service for business and production strategy of the company.
- Prepare guidelines for salary bonus, and incentives. Stimulate employees to work, made the regime for workers.
- Prepare rules & regulations related to the use of property, and equipment of the Company.
- Plan, organize and supervise the implementation of computer systems, labour safety, labour hygiene and fire prevention.
- Proposed organizational structure. Building a system of regulations, procedures and regulations for the company and monitoring the observance of the rules.
- To advise the Directorate on organizational structure and administration of the company.
- To advise the Directorate on plans for salaries, bonuses and welfare regimes for labourers.
- Support Division in the management of personnel and a bridge between the Directorate and Workers in the company.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- About 5 years of working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Hands-on and independent.
- Manage staff, assign tasks to staff, monitor the implementation and progress of work, assess the staff performance.
- Propose reward, discipline, transfer. Ensure that employees abide by the rules.
- If questioned by the authorities, check with the relevant department head if problems arise related to the loss of the company.
- Implement guidelines and directives of the Directorate.
- Prepare company reports, demonstrations, provide official data to complete the task by the Directorate.
- Alternate Saturday work.
