Responsibilities:

  • Plan recruitment, training, human resource development quarterly and monthly.
  • Develop policies and promotion of replacement.
  • Preparation of budget personnel. 
  • Planning of human resources to better service for business and production strategy of the company.  
  • Prepare guidelines for salary bonus, and incentives.  Stimulate employees to work, made the regime for workers. 
  • Prepare rules & regulations related to the use of property, and equipment of the Company.  
  • Plan, organize and supervise the implementation of computer systems, labour safety, labour hygiene and fire prevention.  
  • Proposed organizational structure. Building a system of regulations, procedures and regulations for the company and monitoring the observance of the rules.   
  • To advise the Directorate on organizational structure and administration of the company.  
  • To advise the Directorate on plans for salaries, bonuses and welfare regimes for labourers.
  • Support Division in the management of personnel and a bridge between the Directorate and Workers in the company.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • About 5 years of working experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Hands-on and independent.  
  • Manage staff, assign tasks to staff,  monitor the implementation and progress of work, assess the staff performance.
  • Propose reward, discipline, transfer.  Ensure that employees abide by the rules. 
  • If questioned by the authorities, check with the relevant department head if problems arise related to the loss of the company.
  • Implement guidelines and directives of the Directorate. 
  • Prepare company reports, demonstrations, provide official data to complete the task by the Directorate.  
  • Alternate Saturday work.

Warehouse Executive
Selangor - Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
  • Transfer of finished goods by communicating and coordinating with production, quality control, purchasing, customer service departments and third party warehouse
  • Ensure support to sales team by providing service to production on raw material delivery based on production schedule.
  • Liasing with production for input to ensure timely raw material delivery by checking the MRF.
  • Raw material planning for production usage by transferring the bulk materials from third party warehouse.
  • Inventory management of raw materials and finished goods in factory warehouse by regular monitoring the stock movement for all kind of stock in the factory warehouse.


Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's   Degree   in Logistic / Transportation or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Those without above qualification but with related experience can be considered.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office package such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
